In this space, there is also an application called Simcash.IO, which operates similarly but instead of receiving SMS, you send out messages in exchange for a monetary reward. Upon logging into the app, you will immediately see your earnings displayed on the dashboard, and you will also be able to configure your SIM card.  To activate your SIM card(s), simply click on one of the boxes and set it to “Active.” If you have 2 SIM cards, then you will be able to configure both of them. 

You can also specify the countries to which the SMS messages will be sent, and I would recommend focusing on your own country to maximize efficiency. Next, you should be setting limits on the number of messages sold per hour, day, week, and month.

After configuring the limits, the next step is to determine the value of each SMS message. You should be able to see a slider, and you can adjust it to set the price accordingly. I would recommend to start with a fair price, approximately at the edge of the green section, which would be around €0.0030 per SMS message sent.

The key is to strike a balance. Setting a higher price may result in fewer sales, while setting it too low could lead to high sales volume but lower earnings. Configuring SMS messages is crucial in order to strike a balance to ensure decent earnings, so experimentation may be necessary to find the optimal earning potential of Simcash. 

Simcash also offers a referral program that enables you to earn additional rewards by inviting others to use the app. The program operates on two tiers: Level 1 referrals consist of people you directly invite with your code, while Level 2 referrals are individuals invited by your Level 1 referrals using their own codes. Commissions can be earned from both levels.

For Level 1 referrals, you will receive a 10% commission for each SMS message they sell, while Level 2 referrals will earn you a 5% commission. Overall, it’s not a terrible referral program, but keep in mind that the rewards may not be very huge. Nevertheless, it provides an effortless way to earn a bonus without requiring significant effort.

The earning potential of Simcash is not particularly high. The maximum amount you can earn per SMS is €0.0050, which is not that much, and setting the price at that level will result in fewer sales of unused SMS. A more realistic earning range per SMS is around €0.0020 to €0.0030. While the app may not offer significant earning potential, it does provide a unique opportunity to convert your unused SMS into money. However, when compared to similar apps, Simcash falls a bit short in terms of earning potential in my opinion.

How do you cash out?​

When it comes to withdrawing your earnings, one option is to transfer your earnings to another SimCash account, but that doesn’t really qualify as cashing out. To convert your earnings into cash, you have the option to either convert them to cryptocurrency or withdraw them directly to your bank account via wire transfer or PayPal.

The minimum withdrawal amount and associated fees vary depending on the chosen payment method. For XRP withdrawals, the minimum amount is €6 with no withdrawal fees. However, if you opt for PayPal, the threshold remains €6 but there is a transaction fee of €1.50, resulting in a reduced payout.

For direct bank transfers, both the minimum threshold (€50) and the transaction fee (€10 or $15) are higher when compared to other options. If you prefer converting your earnings to Bitcoin, the minimum threshold is €30 with a transaction fee of €6.80. These payment thresholds are quite high when compared to similar platforms, so keep that in mind heading in.

So, is Simcash legit or a scam?
