BigCash App Review: A Reliable Source of Extra Income? (2024 Deep Dive)

Are you in search of new mobile applications that enable you to earn money by completing simple tasks? If that’s the case, then you may have come across an app known as BigCash. This application promises to pay you for engaging in activities like playing games and answering surveys. But is it genuinely a legitimate way to earn money on the go, or merely another scam designed to waste your valuable time?

In this review, I’ll be taking a look at BigCash’s features, explore its pros and cons, and determine whether it lives up to its claims. To start earning with BigCash, you first need to download the application onto your smartphone. This app is available for both Android and iOS mobile devices, but I should note that BigCash is not available to users who only have access to a desktop-based device.

Next, BigCash does not have a traditional registration process. Instead, when you read through all informational cards at the beginning and get to the last one, you will have to press the “Got It” button in the top right corner, which will automatically log you into the app.

Now, it’s very important that you navigate to the “More” section and then select “Account Information”. From here, ensure that you save your invitation code and your secret pin, as these will serve as your login details. You will need them should you switch devices or need to reinstall the app at any point in the future, otherwise, you will have to create a new account and lose all your progress. 

How do you earn with BigCash?​

As a GPT (“Get-Paid-To”) application, BigCash offers a variety of methods for earning money, all of which I’ll be covering in this section of the review. As you complete tasks on the app, you’ll be rewarded with “Coins”, which can later be redeemed for PayPal cash outs or a wide range of gift cards.

Scratch cards

One way to earn coins with the BigCash app is by scratching cards. The premise is simple – you select a card, scratch it, and if you’re lucky, you can receive up to 50 coins. However, it’s also possible that you receive 0 coins. This won’t earn you a lot, but you can scratch cards every 3 hours and it can be a useful feature to reach the minimum payment threshold, which will be explained later in this review. It’s also possible to check in every 24 hours to receive 10 coins.

Answer surveys and complete offers

Another method to earn coins is by answering surveys. Personally, I had access to three different survey providers – INBRAIN, BitLabs, and CPXResearch Surveys, but depending on your location, you might have access to additional options.

Simply select a provider to check if there are any surveys available for you. If there are, you’ll be able to see in advance how much each survey pays and how long it may approximately take to complete one. You might also have to take a screener survey to see if you are qualified, but keep in mind that qualification is never guaranteed, as research companies are usually looking for a specific set of demographics when selecting participants.

I would strongly suggest always keeping your answers honest and consistent, since if you don’t, you may end up wasting time due to disqualifications, but one nice thing that the app offers is that if you get disqualified from any surveys, you will still receive 20 coins.  Surveys can cover a wide range of topics and usually last up to 30 minutes in length, but most surveys tend to be in the 1-10 minute timeframe.

Completing offers on BigCash is also a possibility, but the selection was even more limited for me. The only Offerwall option available was AdscendMedia, and upon further checking for offers, they basically had no tasks for me to complete. So, location definitely seems to play a big role here and your experience may vary greatly.

Share the app

You can also earn a small number of coins by sharing BigCash on various social media channels. There are four different options here – sharing the app in WhatsApp groups, on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. But, this seems to be a one-time opportunity, so it’s not something you can rely on for earning coins in the long run.

For sharing on Instagram, you will receive 60 coins, but if you happen to have more than 1000 followers, you can get in touch with BigCash support separately to receive more coins. Sharing on all other platforms rewards 30 coins.

Invite Friends

Lastly, BigCash features a referral program that allows you to invite your friends to join the app. Once you have shared your code with others and they input your invitation code, they will then become your referral. You will earn 20% of their coin earnings forever, in addition to receiving 10% of the coins earned by people who are invited by your friends.

How much money can you earn?​

The earning potential with BigCash largely depends on how much time and effort you’re willing to invest, as well as your location. By completing tasks like answering surveys, scratching cards, and sharing the app, you can accumulate coins over time. The more actively you use the app, the more coins you can potentially earn.

However, for me personally, the application did not offer a good earning potential, since it seems that my location simply isn’t favored by BigCash, which means that your experience will vary greatly. So, it’s hard to provide an exact figure, but your earnings can range from a few dollars to potentially more per month depending on how much time you invest in the app.

How do you cash out?​

For cashing out your earnings, BigCash offers decent options. You can withdraw either through PayPal, or you can cash out using a variety of gift cards, such as Amazon, Google Play, or Walmart. As previously mentioned, you get rewards in the form of coins, with 100 coins being worth approximately $0.60. However, one thing to note is that the app has a rather high minimum withdrawal threshold, which is 2500 coins ($15). So, it will definitely take some time before you’ll be able to receive your first payment from BigCash.

So, is BigCash legit or a scam?

BigCash is a legitimate application that allows you to earn money by completing various tasks. It’s simple to use and has decent withdrawal options, but for me personally, the app did not offer a good earning potential, and the minimum payment threshold is also quite high. While it’s not the worst app out there, it’s also definitely not the best and there are simply better options available for earning money on the go in my opinion.
