One interesting way of earning some extra money online is to get paid for visiting various websites. adBTC is a platform which promises you exactly that, but does it really work or is it a scam to be avoided?

In this review, I will tell you everything you need to know about adBTC and if it’s really legitimate,  or if you should be staying away from this one. Let’s get started!

What exactly is adBTC?

adBTC is a Get-Paid-To platform that rewards users for visiting various websites. As the name might suggest the primary way of receiving rewards is through Bitcoin.

How can you earn on adBTC?

There are multiple ways of earning on adBTC:

1. Autosurfing

Autosurfing is perhaps the most hassle-free earning opportunity offered on adBTC. Autosurfing is a simple process where you open a new window and it will automatically start visiting websites for you. For each separate website there is a timer, and once the timer finishes, the autosurfer proceeds automatically to the next site. You can browse other windows or tabs while the process is happening. However, it is important to note that this method pays the least on adBTC, but it is pretty much completely passive.

2. Surfing ads

Another option to earn on adBTC is through surfing ads, which is similar to what you would find on a Paid-To-Click websites. Compared to autosurfing this is a slightly more manual process, but the rewards are also a bit higher.

To earn rewards through surfing ads, you need to go to the surf ads section and start viewing ads. When the start button is clicked, a new window appears displaying the ad. There is a countdown on the previous window indicating when you can stop viewing the ad. Once the countdown is finished, you can close the window and click the start button for the next ad. This process can be repeated until there are no more ads to view. The dashboard will inform you of the number of ads left. It is possible to view other windows while the countdown is running as long as the ad window is not closed.

3. Active surfing

And finally we have active window surfing, which is an earning opportunity that is similar to surfing ads, but with one notable difference. Unlike surfing ads, where you can view other windows without stopping the timer, active window surfing requires you to stay on the tab or window until the timer finishes. At the end of the timer you must also complete a captcha to earn the reward.

4. Referral program

In addition to all of that, adBTC also features a referral program where you can earn additional income by inviting your friends. By sharing your referral link with others you can receive up to 10% commission for every person that becomes a member of adBTC. However, it is important to note that there is no guarantee of earning from referring people to the site, as it depends on the referral’s continued activity on the site.

How much money can you make?

To be completely honest the earning potential on adBTC is quite low. To give you an idea, 1 Bitcoin is worth around $19000 as of writing this review, and each ad you click or site you visit will earn you up to 50 satoshis, usually less. Currently 50 satoshis is worth $0.0095, so as you can see the pay is not exactly something to write home about. This means it would take a long time to earn a decent amount from this site. So, overall, adBTC does not have a high earning potential.

How do you cash out?

Like mentioned previously, adBTC pays you in Bitcoin, more specifically satoshis, which the smallest unit of the Bitcoin currency. At the time of writing, 1 dollar is equivalent to around 5300 satoshis.

You can withdraw your earnings from adBTC via multiple options, such as:

  • Your personal Bitcoin address
  • FaucetPay
  • Payeer
  • WBTC (Polygon Network)

It’s worth noting that adBTC also offers the option to advertise your own site and links on the platform, but it can be difficult to get results from this option as most users are simply looking to get paid for visiting sites.

When it comes to withdrawals, you can withdraw your earnings at any time, but it’s important to keep in mind that FaucetPay and other bitcoin payment platforms do charge a fee for processing each transaction. Therefore, it’s recommended to withdraw your earnings when you’ve reached a significant amount to avoid losing money.

Closing comments

So, is adBTC legit or a scam?

adBTC is a legitimate site that pays users in Bitcoins for surfing sites and ads. It’s simple to get started and to earn. However, you can only withdraw using Bitcoin and the overall earning potential is quite low. While it may be a decent option for those who are comfortable earning in Bitcoins, there are likely better choices for earning a a bit of pocket money.
